Policies

Late Policy
In order to stay on schedule and not inconvenience others, we have a strict 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are between 16 and 25 minutes late, you will be charged an additional $20 late fee to your appointment. Any arrival time after 25 min, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. If I don’t start on your service within 15 min of your arrival time, your service will be $20 off. 

Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellation the DAY BEFORE or DAY OF your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit. If you cancel within one hour of your scheduled appointment, you will be liable to pay for the full service. Remaining balance must be paid before rescheduling or returning to our salon. As long as you are not in our late cancellation window, you will be able to cancel your appointment online. Your deposit will NOT be automatically refunded. It will save to your Personal Account Profile and be used toward your next appointment. If you would prefer a refund, please text 615-638-2689

No Call or No Show
Not calling or showing up for your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit and owing the remaining balance of your scheduled service. Remaining balance must be paid before rescheduling or returning to our salon and you will be added to our block list until balance is paid.

Loc Color
I do NOT offer loc coloring services for first time clients. You must be a regular of Derrika Loclova or Team Loclova. 


No Kids/Extra Guests 
Unfortunately, i do not service children under the age of 18. 
Also, please do not bring your children or extra guest to your appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited/lost and you may be subject to pay for the full service before you are able to reschedule.
